Directions
- Preheat the oven: Set to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a roasting pan.
- Toast the breadcrumbs: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toast lightly until golden and aromatic.
- Mix the cheese filling: Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Prepare the crab claws: Arrange crab claws in a roasting pan in a single layer. Spoon the garlic-butter-cheese mixture generously over each claw.
- Drizzle and bake: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the stuffed claws. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden on top.
- Finish & serve: Garnish with extra parsley. Serve immediately, spooning the buttery garlic sauce from the pan over the claws. Pair with toasted bread to soak up every drop of the rich sauce.
