Cheesy Beef Biscuit Sandwiches

Directions

  1. Cook the Beef
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper, and drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Prepare the Biscuit Dough
    Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions. Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into equal portions for sandwich layers.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches
    Place a portion of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Spoon cooked beef over the cheese, then top with another layer of cheddar cheese. Cover with the top half of the biscuit dough and seal the edges.
  4. Finish with Butter
    Brush the tops of the assembled sandwiches with melted butter for a golden, glossy finish.
  5. Bake
    Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 12–15 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
