Directions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. - Prepare the Wings
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through. - Cook the Slider Patties
Form the ground beef into small slider-sized patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Melt the Cheese
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt. - Make the Wing Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in hot sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. - Coat the Wings
Remove wings from the oven and toss in the warm sauce until fully coated. - Assemble the Sliders
Place each cheesy patty inside a slider bun and add optional toppings if desired. - Serve
Arrange the sliders and wings on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
