Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Wings
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Cook the Slider Patties
Form the ground beef into small slider-sized patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt the Cheese
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  5. Make the Wing Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in hot sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Coat the Wings
Remove wings from the oven and toss in the warm sauce until fully coated.
  7. Assemble the Sliders
Place each cheesy patty inside a slider bun and add optional toppings if desired.
  8. Serve
Arrange the sliders and wings on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
