Years into their marriage, their lives took a dramatic turn.
In 2017, Gena O’Kelley underwent routine MRI scans that required a contrast agent containing a substance known as Gadolinium. What seemed like a standard medical procedure soon turned into a frightening and life-threatening ordeal.
After multiple scans in a short period, she began experiencing severe and unusual symptoms:
- Intense burning sensations throughout her body
- Weakness and fatigue
- Difficulty breathing and swallowing
- Severe pain that doctors struggled to explain
Her condition worsened rapidly. She described the sensation as if her body was being attacked from within—something she had never experienced before.
Doctors tested her for serious illnesses such as:
- Cancer
- ALS
- Parkinson's disease
- Multiple sclerosis
Yet none of the results provided clear answers.
As her health declined, Norris watched helplessly. He later admitted that he feared she was dying right in front of him.
Desperate for answers, he sought alternative medical help. With the assistance of an integrative specialist, he arranged for her to be transported to a clinic in Reno, where she could receive intensive treatment.
