Directions
- Boil the Potatoes
Place chopped potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil until just tender, about 8–10 minutes. Drain well. - Cook the Ground Beef

Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined with the meat and potatoes. - Serve
