  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine (225 g)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (12 g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • ½ cup chicken broth or seafood broth (120 ml)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (2 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, 0.5 g)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (4 g)
