  • ½ cup (120 ml / 4 fl oz) whole milk
  • 1 cup (100 g / 3.5 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:

  • ¼ cup (10 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
