Directions
- Cook the Pasta & Broccoli:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the pot.
Drain together and set aside. - Cook the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. - Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Combine & Serve:
Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce.
Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
