- Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. - Cook the Ground Beef
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat. - Prepare the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until smooth. Adjust the spiciness to taste. - Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread the spicy mayo on each slice of bread. Layer cooked ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese between two slices to form sandwiches. - Grill the Sandwiches
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly butter the outside of each sandwich and grill 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Serve
Slice in half and serve immediately. Optional: add lettuce, tomato, or pickles for extra freshness and crunch.
