Directions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Prepare the Breading Stations
Place the flour in one shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. - Bread the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Coat each piece in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then press firmly into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly on all sides. - Pan-Fry the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until lightly golden and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan. - Finish in the Oven
Transfer the browned chicken to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). - Rest and Garnish
Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
