Golden French Toast with Sausages & Fluffy Eggs

Directions

  1. Prepare the French toast mixture: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Dip the bread: Soak each slice of bread in the mixture for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Cook the toast: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook each slice for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Cook the sausages: Heat olive oil in a pan and cook sausages over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and browned.
  5. Make the scrambled eggs: In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over low heat and cook eggs slowly, stirring gently until soft and fluffy.
  6. Assemble the plate: Serve French toast with sausages and scrambled eggs on the side.
