Directions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat so it rests on top of the shell. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Make the Cajun Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
  3. Preheat the Grill:
Heat the grill to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the Lobster:
Place lobster tails meat-side down on the grill for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 2–3 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste generously with the Cajun butter during the last 2 minutes of cooking for maximum flavor.
  5. Serve:
Remove lobster from the grill and drizzle with remaining Cajun butter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
