  • ¼ tsp black pepper (1 g)

For the Pizza Assembly

  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce (240 ml / 8 fl oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200 g / 7 oz)
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional) (60 g / 2 oz)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish) (15 g / 0.5 oz)
