Directions
- Prepare the Garlic Bread Base:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Place bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted. - Cook the Steak & Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. - Assemble & Bake:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the toasted garlic bread.
Top with cooked steak and shrimp.
Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Slice, serve hot, and enjoy immediately!
