Directions

  1. Cook the Fries:
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries evenly on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Shrimp:
    In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add minced garlic and shrimp, cooking 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque.
    Drizzle with lemon juice if desired and season to taste.
  4. Assemble & Melt Cheese:
    Spread the hot fries on a large serving plate.
    Layer the cooked ground beef and shrimp evenly over the fries.
    Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
    Place under a hot broiler for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve:
    Serve immediately while hot, with your favorite dipping sauces like garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy mayo.
