Directions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Bake the Wings
    Arrange the wings on the tray in a single layer. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

    In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Coat the Wings
    Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the warm sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.
