Directions
- Cook the shrimp: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and tender. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the steak: In the same pan, heat olive oil and cook the sliced steak with salt, pepper, and soy sauce for about 4–5 minutes until browned and juicy. Set aside.
- Prepare the eggs: In a wok or large pan, scramble the beaten eggs in a little oil until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables: Add garlic, diced carrots, and peas to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add rice: Stir in the cooked rice and break apart any clumps while mixing with the vegetables.
- Season the rice: Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Combine everything: Return the cooked shrimp, steak, and scrambled eggs to the pan and gently mix until evenly distributed.
- Serve hot: Plate the fried rice combo while warm for the best flavor and texture.
