- 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (60 g)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (12 g)
- ½ cup dry white wine (120 ml) (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- ½ cup seafood or vegetable stock (120 ml)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, 1 g)
- Juice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (8 g)
