Directions

  1. Cook the fries: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Bake or air-fry until crispy and golden brown—about 20 minutes in the oven or 12 minutes in an air fryer.
  2. Prepare the seafood: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until shrimp turn opaque. Stir in snow crab meat and cook 2 more minutes.
  3. Make the Cajun sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble the loaded fries: Arrange the crispy fries on a serving plate. Top with garlic butter shrimp and crab meat. Drizzle generously with the creamy Cajun sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
