Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn chunks and potatoes, cooking for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, boil the eggs for about 9–10 minutes, then cool, peel, and halve.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the lobster tail flesh-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until opaque. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and just firm. Remove seafood from the pan and set aside to prevent overcooking.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced smoked sausage. Sear for 3–4 minutes until golden-brown and slightly crisp around the edges. Remove and set aside with the seafood.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the remaining butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and chili flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant and deeply aromatic.
- Pour in the seafood stock, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
- Add the ramen noodles directly into the sauce. If needed, add a small splash of water (60–120 ml / ¼–½ cup) to ensure the noodles soften properly. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and coated in a glossy, buttery Cajun sauce.
- For a creamier version, stir in heavy cream or cream cheese at this stage. Mix until melted and smooth, creating a rich, velvety broth.
- Return the sausage, corn, and potatoes to the pan briefly to warm through.
- To assemble, divide the saucy noodles between deep bowls. Arrange lobster, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and egg halves on top. Spoon extra Cajun butter sauce over everything.
- Finish with chopped fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon before serving hot.
