Directions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then sear for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and tender.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
- Top chips with cooked steak, shrimp, cheddar, mozzarella, red onion, and jalapeño slices.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with diced tomato, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
