Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then sear for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and tender.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
  4. Top chips with cooked steak, shrimp, cheddar, mozzarella, red onion, and jalapeño slices.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with diced tomato, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
