Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh salmon fillet (skinless, boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (12 g)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (15 ml)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (3 g)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (2 g)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Pineapple Chili Dip

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (5 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to spice level)

For Garnish

  • Chopped green onions
  • Extra sesame seeds
