Directions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Fries
    Cut the potatoes into sticks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Spread in a single layer on one baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  3. Prepare the Wings
    Pat chicken wings dry. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using. Spread on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Make the Creamy Dip
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and fresh herbs if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve
    Arrange wings and fries on a large platter. Serve with the creamy dip on the side for dipping.
