Pat chicken wings dry. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using. Spread on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through. - Make the Creamy Dip
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and fresh herbs if desired. Chill until ready to serve. - Serve
Arrange wings and fries on a large platter. Serve with the creamy dip on the side for dipping.
