- Prep the lobster tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat out, keeping the base attached. Place the lobster meat on top of the shell for even cooking. - Make the garlic butter sauce:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. - Broil the lobster:
Preheat your oven’s broiler on high. Place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet. Spoon some of the garlic butter sauce over each tail. Broil for 5–8 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden on top (internal temperature ~140°F / 60°C). - Serve with sauce:
Remove from the oven and drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
