Ingredients

For the Pasta:

  • 250 g (8.8 oz) fettuccine or linguine pasta

For the Seafood:

  • 250 g (8.8 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g (7 oz) lobster meat (tails or claws), chopped
  • ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning (from the total, to season seafood)

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (28 g)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (120 ml) chicken or seafood broth
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
