  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (50 g)
  • ½ cup chicken or seafood broth (120 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (2 g)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, 1 g)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (75 g)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (4 g)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
