Directions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Cook the seafood: Season shrimp and lobster with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add lobster pieces and cook 2–3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove seafood and set aside.
  3. Make the Cajun cream sauce: In the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Mix in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in cherry tomatoes and spinach until wilted. Add a splash of lemon juice for brightness.
  4. Combine and serve: Return shrimp and lobster to the pan. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve hot.
