Cajun Shrimp & Steak Feast Recipe

Directions

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time to preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a separate pan over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet used for shrimp, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  5. Toss the cooked shrimp in the garlic butter sauce, coating them evenly.
  6. Plate the steaks alongside the shrimp. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the steaks, and serve with rice or your preferred sides.
