Directions
- Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time to preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a separate pan over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet used for shrimp, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the garlic butter sauce, coating them evenly.
- Plate the steaks alongside the shrimp. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the steaks, and serve with rice or your preferred sides.
