- 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional, 5 ml)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup flour (60 g)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs (60–70 g)
- Oil for frying
