Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Overcrowding will steam the cauliflower instead of roasting it.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an extra layer of flavor.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
