Directions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Overcrowding will steam the cauliflower instead of roasting it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting for an extra layer of flavor.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
