Directions

  1. Prepare the cilantro lime sauce:
    • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
    • Chill in the fridge while cooking the cod to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Cook the cod strips:
    • Pat cod strips dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional chili flakes.
    • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Add cod strips and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
    • Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before removing from the skillet.
  3. Serve:
    • Arrange cod strips on a serving plate. Drizzle with the cilantro lime sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
