- Prep the skewers:

Thread the shrimp onto the prepared skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp for even cooking. - Grill the shrimp:
Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until they turn opaque, slightly charred, and fragrant. Avoid overcooking to keep them tender. - Serve:
Arrange the skewers on a platter and garnish with extra chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately while hot.
