Directions

  1. Season the Shrimp:
    In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Grill the Shrimp:
    Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
  3. Warm the Tortillas:
    Lightly char tortillas directly over a flame or in a hot skillet for a few seconds per side.
  4. Assemble the Tacos:
    Place grilled shrimp in each tortilla. Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve:
    Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
