Directions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Grill the steak: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub steak with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  3. Cook the shrimp: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Finish with a splash of lemon juice if desired.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce: In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, simmer 2–3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine pasta and sauce: Toss cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Assemble the dish: Plate the fettuccine Alfredo, then top with grilled steak slices and garlic butter shrimp. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
  7. Serve immediately: Pair with a crisp green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
