  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (1 g)

For the Garlic Butter Shrimp

  • 8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (225 g)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (15 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (1 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (15 ml)

For the Creamy Lobster Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter (30 g)
  • ¼ cup chopped lobster meat (or extra shrimp/crab, ~60 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
  • ¼ cup chicken or seafood broth (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (5 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (1 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (4 g)
