Directions

  1. Grill the steak: Preheat grill to medium-high (or heat a cast iron pan). Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness. Remove and let rest 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the shrimp: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and set aside.
  3. Make the lobster sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds. Add lobster meat, cooking 1–2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and broth, simmering 3–4 minutes. Mix in Dijon mustard, Old Bay, cayenne, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy, then remove from heat and fold in chopped parsley.
  4. Assemble & serve: Plate the grilled steak, top with shrimp, and drizzle with creamy lobster sauce. Garnish with extra parsley. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or garlic bread.
