- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- ½ tablespoon butter (7 g)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional) (10 g)
Veggies
- ½ cup broccoli florets (45 g)
- ¼ zucchini, diced (50 g)
- ¼ cup carrots, julienned (25 g)
- ¼ cup onion, chopped (40 g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
Optional Yum Yum Sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 g)
- 1 teaspoon ketchup (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
- Splash of rice vinegar (5 ml)
