Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (3 g)
  • 1 teaspoon butter (5 g)

Fried Rice

  • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably day-old) (200 g)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • ½ tablespoon butter (7 g)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional) (10 g)

Veggies

  • ½ cup broccoli florets (45 g)
  • ¼ zucchini, diced (50 g)
  • ¼ cup carrots, julienned (25 g)
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped (40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)

Optional Yum Yum Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
  • Splash of rice vinegar (5 ml)
  • Dash of paprika and sugar
