  • 8 mini slider buns
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (120 ml / 4 fl oz)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (30 g / 1 oz)
  • ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)

For the loaded fries

  • 4 medium potatoes (600 g / 1.3 lb), cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml / 1 fl oz)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100 g / 3.5 oz)
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, for topping
