Directions

  1. Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package directions, usually 3–5 minutes, until tender. Drain carefully and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce
While the ravioli cooks, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Creamy Perfection
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Cheese Please!
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Combine & Serve
Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Stir in fresh parsley (or basil if using). Serve immediately while warm.
