Directions
- Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package directions, usually 3–5 minutes, until tender. Drain carefully and set aside. - Make the Sauce
While the ravioli cooks, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. - Creamy Perfection
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly. - Cheese Please!
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes if desired. - Combine & Serve
Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Stir in fresh parsley (or basil if using). Serve immediately while warm.
