  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 ml)
  • ½ cup bell peppers, chopped (red, green, or both) (75 g)
  • ¼ cup onions, finely chopped (40 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (6 g)
  • ¼ cup frozen peas (optional) (35 g)
  • ¼ cup carrots, diced (30 g)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (1 g)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (10 g), for garnish
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional), for garnish

For the grilled shrimp

  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder (1 g)
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) (1 g)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
