For the pizza dough

- 100 g shrimp, peeled and deveined (3.5 oz)
- 80 g squid rings (2.8 oz)
- 80 g mussels, cooked and shelled (2.8 oz)
- 80 g clams, cooked and shelled (2.8 oz)
- 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese (1½ cups / 5 oz)
- ½ small onion, thinly sliced (40 g)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (4 g)
