Ingredients
For the filling
- 250 g ground pork (9 oz / ½ lb)
- 150 g shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped (5 oz)
- 1 small carrot, finely grated (50 g / 1.7 oz)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (10 g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (3 g)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper (1 g)
For assembly
- 20–25 wonton wrappers (round or square)
- Optional: corn kernels, grated carrots, or chopped parsley for topping
For dipping sauce
- Soy sauce, calamansi or lemon juice, and chili garlic sauce (to taste)
