- Make the blue cheese dip: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy, leaving a few small chunks of cheese for texture. Chill until serving.
- Serve: Arrange salmon bites on a platter and drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired. Serve with the blue cheese dip on the side.
