- 2 packs ramen noodles (about 170 g / 6 oz total), seasoning packets discarded
Cajun Butter Broth
- 3 tablespoons butter (45 g / 1.5 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (12 g)
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (8 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (1 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, optional (0.5 g)
- 120 ml seafood stock or chicken broth (½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
