It started with something small—almost easy to ignore.

A dark, irregular patch appeared in the corner of the bathroom, right where the tiles met the floor. At first glance, it could have been anything: a shadow, a stain, or simply part of the natural wear of a damp space. But once it was noticed, it became impossible to unsee.
