Clara remembered a simple prayer she had whispered months earlier, when she first learned she was pregnant:
“God, whatever you give me, I will love.”
Now, looking at her children, she understood that her prayer had been answered in a way greater than she had imagined.
Albinism is a rare genetic condition that affects the body’s production of melanin, the pigment responsible for coloring skin, hair, and eyes. While it can come with certain medical considerations—such as sensitivity to light or vision challenges—it does not define a person’s worth, identity, or potential.
Ethan gently leaned closer, his voice filled with quiet confidence.
“They’re going to grow up knowing they are special,” he said. “Not by chance, but with purpose.”
Clara nodded, her eyes shining with emotion.
