Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (2 g) for heat

For the Fries

  • 4 large potatoes (about 600 g / 1.3 lbs), peeled or scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)

For Creamy Dips

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
